As CEO and founder of Elite AV, Jeremy brings over 25 years of expertise in the integration industry. Certified by CEDIA, THX, HAA, and ISF, he leads the company with a focus on precision, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Growing up around the United States, Jeremy has experienced a lot of diversity and culture. Jeremy is passionate about system design, troubleshooting, and connecting with clients. A dedicated father, he enjoys camping, family time, and regular trips to San Diego. His leadership reflects his belief in making people happy through technology that transforms how they live.

Danny Weller serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Elite A/V, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the professional audio and audiovisual industry. As the former owner of Pro Audio, Danny built a reputation for delivering high-quality systems and developing strong client relationships. His transition into the COO role at Elite A/V represents a powerful alignment of expertise, leadership, and vision as the companies continue to grow together.

Danny is known for thinking beyond individual components and installations. With a deep understanding of signal flow, network stability, rack design, service strategy, and long-term scalability, he approaches projects with an operator’s mindset—balancing technical excellence with operational efficiency and customer experience.

He is passionate about hands-on learning and continually expanding his expertise, including advanced control systems such as Crestron. Danny is excited to work alongside the Elite A/V team and contribute to a culture that values quality, precision, and doing things the right way. Together, the team is focused on building strong systems, lasting client partnerships, and delivering next‑level experiences.

Originally from Southern Oregon, Danny enjoys racing cars in his free time and spending time with his spouse, children, and extended family.

As Office Manager at Elite AV, Brandie ensures the smooth operation of daily activities with her exceptional organization and dedication. With over two years at the company and a rich background in administration, she supports internal coordination and client communication. Her approachable nature and willingness to take on any task make her the heartbeat of the office. A California native now living in Las Vegas with her husband, two sons, and both mothers-in-law, Brandie enjoys photography, painting, and dreams of retiring to Montana. She's known for her love of horses and her flexible, can-do spirit.

Ashley Britton serves as a Customer Coordinator at Elite A/V, bringing two years of industry experience and a strong passion for customer service. Known for her attention to detail and ability to remember important customer information, Ashley helps ensure that every interaction is organized, efficient, and positive.

Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Ashley enjoys supporting both the team and customers while helping strengthen collaboration as Elite A/V continues merging with Pro Audio. She is excited to contribute to building both companies up while providing reliable support across the organization. Ashley is also focused on expanding her knowledge of basic troubleshooting so she can better assist customers and enhance their overall experience.

Ashley thrives with hands-on learning and enjoys finding ways to improve processes, such as creating smoother booking systems and expanding scheduling capabilities for installations. She is excited to continue growing with the team and contributing her knowledge and skills.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys reading, playing video games, relaxing, and spending time with her family—especially her mom. She grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee, and loves sushi, mochi desserts, and the color blue.

As Sales Director at Elite AV, Victor Ramirez leads the sales team with vision, poise, and a steadfast commitment to client satisfaction. With a rich understanding of home automation, security, and AV systems, he supports the team in crafting personalized, solution-based systems that exceed expectations from consultation to final execution. Beyond the showroom, Victor enjoys unwinding with a glass of wine among friends while listening to his favorite jazz records. A connoisseur of fine cuisine, he’s always eager to explore new restaurants — especially those with French or Spanish influence. A fan of classic cinema, Victor often spends quiet evenings revisiting the timeless suspense of Alfred Hitchcock and the golden films of the ’40s and ’50s. Victor’s blend of leadership, industry expertise, and refined taste ensures that every Elite AV client receives a memorable and exceptional experience.

As Project Manager at Elite AV, Jaime Brown is a highly-skilled expert in installation, programming, troubleshooting, and networking. With a deep understanding of integrated systems and extensive hands-on experience, she consistently delivers high-quality, dependable solutions across residential and commercial projects. Jaime is known for her independence in the field and her ability to tackle complex technical challenges with confidence. Her attention to detail and technical mastery ensure that every system is optimized for performance and client satisfaction. When she’s not on the job, Jaime can often be found at a local concert or riding through town on her motorcycle, enjoying the freedom of the open road. A respected and reliable presence both on-site and among her peers, Jaime remains a trusted asset and leader at Elite AV.

As a Senior Sales Associate at Elite AV, Jake Suarez is dedicated to helping clients discover tailored solutions for their audio, video, and automation needs. With a strong grasp of integration systems and a commitment to personalized service, Jake guides each client from the initial consultation through to project completion, ensuring that every solution reflects their goals and lifestyle. Always on the move, Jake finds balance between his professional drive and personal adventures — often traveling to California or Colorado for family getaways with his beloved wife. A photography enthusiast, he captures life’s moments with intention and artistry. When he's not working or exploring, he’s likely relaxing with close friends and spending time with his favorite non-human companion, Cesar, his loyal American Bully.

As a Technician Level I at Elite AV, Anthony Mendoza brings a strong blend of hands-on installation experience and a love for programming to the team. He excels at tackling installations independently and thrives in environments where new technology is constantly evolving. A Las Vegas native, Anthony enjoys his quiet time but values the company of good friends. Music accompanies him daily — he listens to a little bit of everything, though country remains uncharted territory. When he's not working, you’ll likely find him riding his motorcycle or making short trips to California to visit family. Courteous and grounded, he believes first impressions matter and approaches both colleagues and clients with genuine respect.

As Lead Installer at Elite AV, Elio contributes a solid installation background and a high level of craftsmanship to every project. He works efficiently and independently on installations ranging from pre-wire to final device placement. A Las Vegas native, Elio enjoys football, cars, and spending time with his family. He values teamwork and the inclusive culture at Elite A/V, and he’s eager to grow his programming skills through video-based learning. Elio is dedicated to quality work and leads by example on every job site.

As a Senior Installer at Elite AV, Erik Mendoza brings hands-on experience, precision, and a steadfast work ethic to every installation. Known for his attention to detail and reliable execution, Erik works independently to deliver high-quality results that meet the company’s exacting standards. He takes great pride in having the right tools for every job — with a Makita work vest next on his list. Providing for his family is Erik’s top priority, and he approaches each project with that motivation in mind. When not on-site, he enjoys winding down with episodes of Jeopardy, tending his vegetable garden, and cooking tacos seasoned with fresh herbs he's grown himself.

John Lawrence is a Technician at Elite A/V with four years of experience in the industry. He brings strong leadership and planning skills to every project, helping ensure installations are organized, efficient, and executed to a high standard. Originally from Central Illinois, John is passionate about the audiovisual field and enjoys working in an industry he genuinely loves. He is focused on continuing to expand his technical expertise, particularly in Control4 programming and networking, to further strengthen his capabilities in the field. John thrives in hands-on learning environments and enjoys taking an active role in both planning and leading projects. Outside of work, he enjoys watching movies, arm wrestling, and spending time with his daughter. He also brings a unique edge to the team as a professional athlete.

As Warehouse Associate at Elite AV, Jeremy “JC” Degre ensures that tools, equipment, and materials move efficiently through the warehouse and into the field. With four years of integration experience and a background in delivery logistics, JC is dependable, organized, and quietly driven to keep operations runningsmoothly. Born and raised in Las Vegas, JC enjoys spending time with his family, playing disc golf, and recharging with sushi and mango sticky rice. On the job, he brings a detail-oriented mindset and a calm presence that the team can count on—especially when coordinating critical deliveries and prepping gear for field deployment. JC is certified in Data Analytics and holds working knowledge of SQL and R—skills he jokes are “totally useless here,” but that speak to his curiosity and technical aptitude. He’s eager to grow his understanding of installation work and programming, and he values the strong family-like culture at Elite AV. While he hopes to see improvements in plans and diagrams to better support field execution, he’s proud to be part of a team that prioritizes people and support at every level.

Aiden Craig is a Technician with Elite A/V who brings hands-on experience and a strong work ethic to the team. With over a year in the industry, Aiden has developed skills in retrofitting systems, prewiring, and installation work. His practical, hands-on approach helps ensure projects are completed efficiently and built to perform reliably. Originally from Las Vegas, Aiden enjoys learning the technical side of the industry and is interested in expanding his knowledge in electrical systems to strengthen his skills in the field. He thrives with hands-on instruction and enjoys working in environments where he can continue developing his craft. Outside of work, Aiden enjoys lifting at the gym and snowboarding. He’s excited to get started with the Elite A/V team and contribute to building organized, efficient systems that support both the team and customers.
